Silica Gel Separator
Separates silica gel from mixed plastic streams in PET and packaging recycling.

Recovers aluminium and copper from mixed waste using a high-speed permanent-magnet rotor.
How it works. Eddy Current Separation uses the difference in electrical conductivity between materials. A high-speed rotor carrying permanent magnets creates a rapidly alternating magnetic field. When a conductive metal passes through it, eddy currents are induced which generate an opposing field — non-ferrous metals such as aluminium and copper are repelled and thrown along a separate trajectory, while glass, plastic and other non-metallic material continues on the normal path.

| Model | Effective magnetic area (mm) | Capacity (t/h) | Driving power (kW) | Dimension L×W×H (mm) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| WYFX-500 | 500 | 1-2 | 5.5 + 1.1 + 0.25 | 5000 × 1700 × 2300 |
| WYFX-800 | 800 | 3-5 | 5.5 + 1.5 + 0.4 | 5000 × 2000 × 2300 |
| WYFX-1000 | 1000 | 6-8 | 7.5 + 2.2 + 0.55 | 5000 × 2200 × 2300 |
| WYFX-1500 | 1500 | 10-15 | 7.5 + 2.2 + 0.55 | 5500 × 3000 × 2300 |
Capacity depends on material bulk density and the target purity. Figures are confirmed by a trial on your own material.
Tell us the material, the capacity you need and your destination port. We will come back with a machine recommendation and a landed cost.
